Gumbo – heat gumbo and rice separately, in microwave, for 1-2 minutes or to desired temperature, or on the stove, stirring occasionally, until hot through. Fluff rice with fork to prevent it from becoming gummy. Serve gumbo over rice.

Red Beans and Rice – heat red beans and rice separately, in microwave, for 1-2 minutes or to desired temperature, or on the stove, stirring occasionally, until hot through. Add a small amount of water to red beans, if desired, to adjust the consistency. Re-season with Cajun spice to taste. Fluff rice with fork to prevent it from becoming gummy. Serve red beans over rice.

Jambalaya – heat 1 minute in microwave. Fluff with a fork to prevent jambalaya from becoming gummy. Heat another minute or to desired temperature.

Soups – heat 1-2 minutes in microwave or to desired temperature, stirring halfway through heating, or on the stove, stirring occasionally, until hot through.

Muffaletta – Heat in a 375-400 degree oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese starts to melt and the roll is slightly toasted. Or, cut into individual servings and heat ½ sandwich at a time in microwave 30 seconds or until bread is softened and cheese just starts to melt.

Shrimp, Crawfish, Catfish – heat in toaster oven or conventional oven 5-10 minutes, until hot through and re-crisped. Check after 5 minutes and then every minute after that to prevent burning. Items are fully cooked when they leave the shop.

Gator Sausage – heat in microwave, on top of stove, or on the grill until hot through. Gator Sausage is a fully cooked product.

Crawfish Pies – heat 5-10 minutes in toaster oven or conventional oven until hot through and re-crisped. Check after 5 minutes and then every minute after that to prevent burning. Crawfish pies are fully cooked when they leave the shop.

Crispy Cajun Mac & Cheese – heat in microwave 1-2 minutes to heat interior, then 5-10 minutes in toaster oven or conventional oven until re-crisped. Check after 5 minutes and then every minute after that to prevent burning. Mac & cheese is fully cooked when it leaves the shop.

Bananas Foster Bread Pudding – heat 1- 1½ minutes in microwave until hot through. DO NOT HEAT SAUCE IN ITS PLASTIC CONTAINER! Syrup becomes very hot very quickly and will melt the plastic!
